After a long delay in production due to COVID-19, Tom Cruise’s ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ is going to be released in theaters on July 14, 2023.

This marks Cruise’s latest outing as Ethan Hunt, an agent of the Impossible Missions Force (Imf), who embarks on an operation which — as the title suggests — promises to be his most dangerous yet.

An agent of the Impossible Missions Force (IMF), Ethan promises to embark on his most dangerous mission till date in this upcoming epic action-adventure drama.

Paramount and Skydance on Monday, released behind-the-screen footage of the most dangerous stunt that Tom Cruise has ever attempted that was a highlight of the movie’s first trailer.

The footage saw Cruise and the film’s director, McQuarrie, demonstrate the stunt where the actor drives a motorbike on a ramp and off a cliff, leading into a base jump.

To train for this complex sequence, Cruise did over 13,000 attempts. He later said, “I have to get so good at this that there’s just no way I can miss my marks.”

Director-McQuarrie pointed out the technical challenges- “Even two years ago, the cameras didn’t exist that would allow us to do what we’re trying to do today.”

The movie will see Ving Rhames (Luther Stickell), Rebecca Ferguson (Ilsa Faust) and Simon Pegg (Benji Dunn) reprising their past roles.

Ethan Hunt being served with an ultimatum by Agent Kittridge, “This is our chance to control the truth…You’re fighting to save an ideal that doesn’t exist. It never did. You need to pick a side.”

Ethan’s goal would be to fulfill his goal over the course of an action-packed adventure that will hit the screen this summer.
