Angelina Jolie’s 16-year-old daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, was recently seen out and about in New York City—a rare sight for fans who usually catch glimpses of her only occasionally.
Vivienne, who is often compared to her famous mom thanks to their striking resemblance, was photographed running errands in NYC earlier this week. Dressed casually in an all-white outfit and carrying a bottle of water to beat the summer heat, she seemed relaxed despite the buzz surrounding her appearance.
What makes this even more interesting is that Vivienne is typically based in Los Angeles, where she lives with Angelina and her siblings. Just a few weeks ago, she was spotted in LA with her twin brother, Knox, making this New York visit a bit of a surprise.
So, why is she in the Big Apple now? That remains unclear. However, it’s worth noting that Vivienne spent a good chunk of 2024 in NYC while working with her mom on The Outsiders musical. Angelina produced the Broadway show, and Vivienne served as her volunteer assistant.
In an interview with People, Jolie joked about how serious her daughter was on the job, saying, “She’s been a really tough assistant. She takes it very, very seriously.”
The mother-daughter duo even attended the 2024 Tony Awards together in stylish matching teal outfits. That night turned out to be a big win for The Outsiders, which took home four awards, including Best Musical.
