Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, the 20-year-old son of actress Angelina Jolie, is reported to be “stable” after being injured in a bike accident on Monday, according to a source close to the family.
“His mom is with him and reported he is stable,” the source told CNN.
LAPD Officer David Cuellar confirmed that a man riding an e-bike/scooter collided with a vehicle stopped at a red light on Loz Feliz Boulevard in East Los Angeles around 5 p.m. on Monday.
The victim, later identified as Pax, was in stable condition when transported to a local hospital, Cuellar added. Due to privacy laws, Cuellar could not provide further details about the victim or his injuries.
No citations were issued, and a traffic incident report was filed. Police found no evidence of DUI or any criminal activity.
CNN has reached out to a representative for Jolie for further comment.
Pax is one of six children Jolie shares with her former husband, Brad Pitt. Their other children include Maddox, 22; Zahara, 19; Shiloh, 18; and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Jolie and Pitt have been legally single since 2019, though their divorce proceedings continue to be contested in court.
