Avoid Negativity Become Slimmer, Fitter, And Smarter.
I am looking fat?
I will never become thin.
I am not being liked.
I am a bore.
I always lose…….and so on and so forth.
You may have sowed to say something like the above questions and you have cultivated enough of these comments to be your truth. Likewise, you let some dark comments control your entire life made many years ago.
The sad thing is that you can’t get far from such comments as accepting “truth” easily. Where did these misconceptions about you come from? Most came from others. Parents, teachers, colleagues, friends.
You are full of doubt, anxiety, sadness, guilt, pain, and disappointment. But it’s not the “real you”. This is you who built your ego and belief system. These negative beliefs have been built by you and accepted as truth.
These so-called truths go on in your mind often. You have thousands of thoughts every day. You talk to yourself more than anyone else. Many of the conversations you have with yourself will reveal you “real” and you will never share it with anyone else.
No one has the right or power to tell you who you are. Only you know who you really are and what is in your heart. When you were born, you entered this world without the burden of the current negative belief system.
You have entered this world as a bunch of beautiful joy full of endless possibilities and possibilities. I’m here to tell that you haven’t changed. You are and will continue to be a bunch of sweet joys with endless possibilities and possibilities. The only difference is where to look.
Let me ask you a question
After all the negative conversations you have with yourself, as pointed above as the [negative] questions coming to mind-how do you feel? Do you think it will improve your emotions? Do you think you feel happier? Do you think you feel safer?
Now, how do you think your life would change if you went one step further and changed your internal dialogue simply by talking positively about yourself? When you take the time to focus on what you like and focus on making your emotional state positive so that you can achieve anything. When you look for something positive in yourself, you will be amazed that your glory is always on the surface.
You were nothing more than a bunch of that glorious joy that was born many years ago. You can easily find your good side by asking a few questions like:
What am I good at?
What are my strengths?
How many people have been benefitted from me?
How many people have learned from my knowledge?
What is in my mind that only I should know? [No need to the public all your thoughts]
My goal is to feel better and have a sense of achievement.
The above positive thoughts are surely going to give you endless power to act proactively and feel better always.
How do you feel now? Just observing what you think is positive will make you feel better and happy. Decide how you want to feel here now.
Now you must think what this all has to do with becoming slimmer, fitter, and losing weight.
Literally everything!
Your emotional state is a regulating valve that determines what you are attracted to from your experience. The way you talk to yourself creates your beliefs and programs in your subconscious mind.
Therefore, ask yourself whether you want to program your beliefs and subconscious minds based on false-negative ideas. Or do you want your beliefs to be based on the truth that you are and are always perfect?
Love yourself and start taking care of yourself today. Incorporate the joy and excitement that you naturally had as a child into your daily life. Celebrate all successes, no matter how small. Love yourself and cherish every opportunity you have. Do this every day and watch your weight disappear as your old negative beliefs about yourself disappear.
Naturally, as a matter of logic, positivity would overrule your negative beliefs and wipe them off. As a result, you would look to be slimmer, Fitter, and Smarter, leading a healthier track.
