US: Over 60 million hit by major winter storm, several states declare emergency
A powerful winter storm swept across the central United States on Sunday, January 5, 2025, bringing snow, ice, and dangerously low temperatures. The storm has put around 63 million people under winter weather advisories, warnings, or watches.
