Christina Hall is serious about her divorce from Josh Hall
The Flip or Flop alum has made significant allegations against her estranged husband in court documents obtained by E! News on July 25. She accuses Josh of transferring more than $35,000 into his own bank account without her permission.
According to Christina, who cited July 7 as their separation date in her divorce papers, Josh contacted her property manager on July 8 and requested that rental income from properties in Tennessee be diverted to his personal account.
“The property manager complied with the request, believing I had authorized the change of accounts,” Christina, 41, wrote in a signed declaration. She noted that her ex’s request was “not accurate as I had no personal contact with Josh on July 8, 2024.”
She added, “I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced.”
