Morgan Wallen’s Nashville arrest mocked by fellow country singer: ‘Alexa, play The Chair By George Strait’ | Fox News
Country music sensation Morgan Wallen was arrested for reckless endangerment after allegedly hurling a chair from the rooftop of Chief’s Bar in Nashville. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. Witnesses observed Wallen laughing as he threw the chair, which landed perilously close to police officers stationed below on Broadway. Surveillance footage and witness statements corroborated the accusations against Wallen. He was arrested, charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment, and one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Wallen was later released after posting a bond of $15,250. His attorney, Worrick Robinson, stated that Wallen is fully cooperating with authorities. Chief’s Bar, owned by country star Eric Church, had just celebrated its grand opening. Wallen is scheduled to appear in court on May 3, coinciding with his performances at Nissan Stadium.
