India vs England 4th Test, Day 2 Highlights: England began the second day of the ongoing fourth Test at the Oval 138 runs behind with Dawid Malan batting on 26 and nightwatchman Craig Overton on one. Umesh Yadav (3/76) pegged the hosts back with two quick wickets but Ollie Pope (81) and Jonny Bairstow (37) then put on a 89-run counter-attacking partnership to turn the tide. After a half-century by Chris Woakes in the final session, the hosts were bowled out for 290, having taken a lead of 99 runs.
In their second innings, India reached 43/0 at stumps on Friday with Rohit Sharma (20*) and KL Rahul (22*) in the middle.
