India vs New Zealand, 1st ODI, Live Score Updates: Top knocks by Shikhar Dhawan and Shreyas Iyer, guided Team India to 306/7 in 50 overs against New Zealand in the first ODI of the three-match series, at Eden Park, Auckland on Friday. Put to bat first, Team India started on a brilliant note with Dhawan and Shubman Gill bringing up their respective half-centuries. However, New Zealand came on top after dismissing Shubman Gill, Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav in quick succession. Later, Shreyas Iyer smahsed 80 runs while Washington Sundar scored 37* runs to take India to a good total. For New Zealand, Lockie Ferguson and Tim Southee scalped three wickets each while Adam Milne scalped one wicket each. Umran Malik and Arshdeep Singh are making their ODI debuts while the likes of Sanju Samson and Suryakumar Yadav are also in the side.
