Machine Gun Kelly shared a cryptic Instagram post on Tuesday, January 28, amid ongoing drama with his ex-fiancée, Megan Fox. The 34-year-old singer posted two shirtless photos, showing off his tattoos and facial hair, with a caption that read, “How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything?”
His post follows a TMZ report claiming that he and Fox, 38, are not in contact as she prepares to give birth to their first child together. The couple, who have had an on-and-off relationship, announced the pregnancy in November but broke up just weeks later.
Fox and MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, first met in 2020 on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. They made their relationship public after Fox starred in Kelly’s Bloody Valentine music video in May 2020. The couple confirmed their romance on Instagram in August that year and got engaged in January 2022. However, their relationship has been rocky, with a breakup in February 2023, followed by a reconciliation months later.
Fox is already a mother to three sons, Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. MGK has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship with Emma Cannon.
Following their recent split, a source told PEOPLE that the couple’s relationship has always been complicated. “They love each other but don’t have compatible personalities,” the insider said. “They’re both hot-headed, dramatic, and stubborn. When they’re good together, they’re great.”
The source also suggested that their breakup might not be permanent. “They will very likely get back together. They’ve split before and worked things out,” the insider added.
