Avoid sugar intake.
Ravi Speaks:
“SUGAR-BETTER AVOID”
Excess Processed Sugar is always bad for us:-
Sugar may be good for you, but processed sugar is bad for you. Eating large amounts of refined sugar and added sugar can cause headaches, low energy levels, and inflammation. Removing sugar from the diet may reduce inflammation, increase energy levels, and improve concentration.
When you eat too much sugar, the excess insulin in your blood will affect arteries throughout your body. It can cause your walls to swell and become thicker and stiffer than normal, putting pressure on your heart and damaging them. This can lead to heart diseases such as heart failure, heart attack, and stroke.
How to get rid of excess sugar?
Keep hydrated. Experts recommend drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day to allow oxygen to flow freely in the body and help the kidneys and colon eliminate waste. Best of all, it helps eliminate excess sugar in the body.
Eating too much added sugar can have many negative effects on health. Foods and drinks with too much sugar can lead to dangerous conditions such as weight gain, blood sugar problems, and an increased risk of heart disease.
The American Heart Association (AHA):-
According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the body does not need to add sugar to function healthily. Natural sugar contains a variety of nutrients that the human body needs to maintain health. For example, besides fructose, fruits also contain fiber and various vitamins and minerals. However, the AHA{American Heart Association} recommends limiting daily added sugar to only 100 calories for women and children, and only 150 calories for men. The results show that women and children need about 6 teaspoons, and men need about 9 teaspoons.
Is honey better than sugar?
Honey has a lower GI value than sugar, which means it does not raise blood sugar levels quickly. Honey is sweeter than sugar, so you may need less, but contains more calories per teaspoon, so pay close attention to your serving size. Honey has been shown to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels by 6%, lower triglyceride levels by 11%, and can increase HDL (good) cholesterol levels.
Sudden reduction of sugar may give emotional-adverse effects:-
Reducing the sugar added to your diet can cause many emotional and mental symptoms, including-Depressed mood. Some people may feel frustrated when they reduce the amount of sugar added to their diet. This is due in part to decreased dopamine release.
Focus always on whole food intake:-
For overall health, promote whole food intake and reduce lifetime free sugar intake. Based on a 2,000-calorie diet, this is approximately 50 grams (12 teaspoons) of free sugar per day. Limit the intake of sugary drinks (SSB) and drink water instead.
Fruits are always better:-
Fruit contains natural sugar, which is a mixture of sucrose, fructose, and glucose. Many people have heard that sugar is not good and think that it also applies to fruits. But fructose can only be harmful if it is excessive, while fructose from fruit is harmless.
Sweet Tulsi or Stevia extensively taken nowadays as a substitute to Sugar:-
Stevia may be the healthiest choice, followed by xylitol, erythritol, and yacon syrup. Natural sugars such as maple syrup, molasses, and honey are less harmful than ordinary sugars and are even beneficial to health. However, they should be used with caution. As with most things in nutrition, moderation is the key.
“It keeps insulin obstruction from happening. The more noteworthy the measure of sugar in the eating regimen, the more prominent the overweight and corpulence are. This, thus, builds the danger of hypertension, high blood cholesterol levels, and type 2 diabetes “, Elías clarifies.
Limit the Sugar Utilization-and see the big change in overweight and body shape:
The final lesson- limit the utilization of regular sugars like agave or nectar- your body measures them similarly. For instance, you can add cinnamon to espresso. Be careful with red wine: it might have phytochemical that are useful for your wellbeing, yet when we drink liquor, it transforms into sugar in our body Artificial sugars “are better than sugar and your body has a similar hormonal reaction, as though it were typical sugar,” says Alpert. “That is the reason they are not suggested for weight reduction.” Try vanilla concentrate, coconut, or make a differentiation with salt (a touch of this substance can improve the dish being referred to; it must apply to food sources that are not normally sweet, for example, pumpkin soup or natural product cuts).
At last, one understands that-“Halting taking sugar or diminishing its utilization is normally an activity that begins when you need to get in shape, yet the advantages go a lot further, you will lessen the odds of experiencing infections identified with digestion, you will feel more fiery, feeling better and more satisfied”.
