Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and yoga expert Anshuka Parwani have collaborated for a “self-care month series” focused on yoga and holistic wellness. In a video shared on Instagram, Deepika is seen performing various yoga asanas under Anshuka’s guidance. The Wake Up yoga routine aims to energize the community in the mornings, emphasizing that yoga is not just about physical exertion but also about internal transformation. Anshuka mentions the importance of the mind-body-soul connection in yoga.
In a separate video, Deepika and Anshuka demonstrate the Wind Down yoga routine for relaxation and breathing exercises. Deepika begins with the bhramari breath asana followed by the viparita karani pose, which is said to improve sleep quality. Anshuka assures that the Wind Down PM routine can be easily practiced, even while lying down in bed.
